What is your return policy?

 For products that are never opened and customer picked up from the store, we offer a 14-day free return. You bring them back to us, and we inspect them. If they are never opened, we issue you a full refund. Sample sales and final sales are non-refundable. Please carefully inspect the product together with our staff to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.

 Within the 14-day period, if you haven't opened the boxes, bring them back to us and we inspect them. If they are never opened, we can issue you a refund minus delivery fee.

​What is the warranty?

​Our products are covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty. Warranty is limited to only manufacturer defects. Wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, and anything of this nature will not be covered by warranty. When you receive the products, inspect them immediately for manufacturer's defects and notify us if you find any. We will provide either a replacement part or even replace the entire piece if necessary.

 Most of the products require assembly. Please carefully follow the assembly instructions and install the products properly. Damages caused by improper installation are not covered. Damages caused by the use of improperly installed products are not covered.
